Eligibility

Age: 18 Years+Healthy volunteers accepted
Inclusion Criteria:

* 18，Advanced Non-squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Confirmed by Histopathology

  * Uncommon EGFR Mutant Advanced NSCLC

Exclusion Criteria:

* Patients with contraindication of chemotherapy
* Pregnant or breast feeding women
