Age: 18 Years+Healthy volunteers accepted
Inclusion Criteria:

* Patients with biopsy-proven bone or soft tissue sarcoma undergoing resection

Exclusion Criteria:

* \* Age less than 18

  * Chronic kidney disease
  * Anaphylaxis to dyes
