Age: 18 Years+Healthy volunteers accepted
Inclusion Criteria:

* patients aged 18years or older Patients with metabolic dysfunction -assocatied steatotic liver disease

Exclusion Criteria:

* RHD Structural heart diseases Liver diseases other than MASLD
