Eligibility

Inclusion Criteria:

* Aged ≥18 and older
* Breast cancer patients meeting current guideline recommendations and planning to receive trastuzumab deruxtecan
* ECOG 0-1

Exclusion Criteria:

* During pregnancy and lactation
