Age: 30 Years – 40 YearsSex: FEMALEHealthy volunteers accepted
Inclusion Criteria:

* PCOS women
* obese class I
* bilateral dryness of eye

Exclusion Criteria:

* liver disoease
* cardiac disease
* renal disease
