Age: 20 Years – 30 YearsSex: FEMALEHealthy volunteers accepted
Inclusion Criteria:

* PCOS women
* women with asthma
* obese women (calss I)

Exclusion Criteria:

* cardiac problems
* renal problems
* liver problems
