Summary

The aim of this study was to evaluate the Effects of energy conservation exercises versus circuit training on dyspnea, functional capacity and quality of life in asthmatic patients.

Eligibility

Age: 30 Years – 50 YearsHealthy volunteers accepted
Inclusion Criteria:

\- Subjects with asthma diagnosis grade according to FEV 60%-80%

Exclusion Criteria:

* Pregnancy
* Previous breathing exercise training
* Severe comorbidity
* Patients with short life expectancy
* subjects with Severe physical impairments
* Subjects with Mental disease
