Summary

This study aims to determine the effect of virtual reality-based assertiveness training on strengthening the communication skills of oncology nurses.

Eligibility

Age: 18 Years – 65 YearsHealthy volunteers accepted
Inclusion Criteria:

* Those who agree to participate in the study,
* Those who are 18 years of age or older,
* Those who have been working in oncology clinics for at least 6 months.

Exclusion Criteria:

* Those who gave incomplete answers to the scales used in the study,
* Those who have previously participated in assertiveness skills training.
