Inclusion Criteria:

* subclinical hypothrodism (significant form)
* primary opened angle gaulcoma in both eyes with ocular hypertension in both eyes )(high-tension typed glaucoma)
* fatty liver (non alcholic type)
* elder females

Exclusion Criteria:

* respiratory issues
* cardiac issues
* renal issues
